These terms govern access to PMG Political Intelligence, a public-source intelligence and monitoring service operated by Pulse Media Group LLC.
The service organizes public-source information, monitoring results, records, alerts, and briefs for research and situational awareness. It does not guarantee the truth, completeness, or continued availability of third-party source material.
You are responsible for the watchlists, search terms, account credentials, and decisions made using information provided by the service. You must use the service lawfully and may not use it to gain unauthorized access to systems, obtain restricted information, or violate third-party rights.
The service provides informational tools and does not make voting decisions, endorsements, or guarantees about electoral outcomes. Customers remain responsible for their own political, legal, campaign, and compliance decisions.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected billing cycle. Subscription pricing, limits, and included features are shown at checkout or within the service. Taxes or other charges may apply where required.
Public data sources, integrations, and network services may be delayed, rate-limited, unavailable, or changed by third parties. PMG may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PMG disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified public-source information.
